Refund Policy
This policy applies to paid Nodecompute Hub learning programs confirmed by written enrollment. The website itself does not process checkout; invoices and payments are handled offline or through a separate payment instruction we send you.
Eligibility
Self-paced Desk Brief purchases may be refunded in full if you request cancellation within 14 days of payment and have not downloaded more than the orientation packet. Cohort seats (Council Studio) may be refunded in full up to 7 days before the cohort start date.
Partial refunds
If you withdraw after a Council Studio cohort begins but before the midpoint clinic, we may offer a 40% partial refund minus any non-recoverable facilitator costs stated in your confirmation. Withdrawals after the midpoint are not eligible for partial refunds except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
Non-refundable items
- Custom on-site Representation Lab travel already booked with your written approval
- Third-party venue fees paid on your behalf
- Completed private critique deliverables already delivered
Refund process
Email hello@nodecompute-hub.digital with your invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and state whether the request qualifies under this policy.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may take additional clearing time depending on your institution in Germany or abroad.
Cancellation by Nodecompute Hub
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra fee.
Exceptions
Statutory rights for consumers in Germany remain unaffected. If a mandatory cooling-off right applies to your distance contract, we will honor that timeframe even when this policy states a shorter window.
